YourChoice Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering the first male birth control pill, currently in human clinical trials.
Portfolia has secured a $1M allocation for a direct investment opportunity in their Series A round. The company is raising a limited $5M in this round with a pre-money value of $100M, led by North South Ventures, and limited to current investors only.
Portfolia invested in its seed round convertible note with a $100M cap, through Portfolia Funds - Rising America Fund II and FemTech II - and a member direct investment through a special purpose vehicle. Rising America Fund III and Femtech Fund III will also invest in this Series A round.
