Joseph Antoun Ph.D

Joseph Antoun, Ph.D. is the founder and CEO of L-Nutra, a nutrition technology company pioneering food-based solutions for longevity and metabolic health. He holds a Ph.D. in biogerontology and has spent his career translating cutting-edge aging and longevity research into clinically validated nutrition programs, including the fasting-mimicking diet. Prior to founding L-Nutra, Joseph conducted research at leading academic institutions and has collaborated extensively with physicians and scientists to develop evidence-based interventions that promote healthy aging.
