About the Founder

Isabelle Freidheim

Isabelle Freidheim is the founder and managing partner of Athena Capital and the co-founder and former CEO of the AI company Magnifi, which was acquired in 2020. She made history in 2021 as the youngest female chair of a publicly traded company in the United States and brings more than 20 years of experience across technology investing, artificial intelligence, venture capital, private equity, M&A, SPACs, and IPOs. As managing partner, Freidheim leads Athena Capital’s strategic direction and investment efforts, focusing on private companies preparing for public offerings or M&A exits. Under her chairmanship, Athena has raised more than $1.2 billion and is supported by a team of Fortune 100 board members, Fortune 500 CEOs, founders, and investors.
