Delphine O’Rourke
Delphine O’Rourke, JD is a leading healthcare lawyer, investor, and strategic advisor with deep expertise in women’s health innovation, law, and policy. She is a Lead Partner at Portfolia, where she focuses on venture investments in femtech and women’s health, supporting founders and companies that are transforming care, equity, and wellbeing.
Delphine built and led the first dedicated women’s health and wellness legal practice as a partner at Goodwin Procter and previously served as Associate General Counsel at Ascension, one of the largest health systems in the United States. Her advisory work spans regulated healthcare delivery, strategic partnerships, investment diligence, and high-impact transactions for Fortune 500 firms, startups, and institutional investors.
She is also an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Law School, where she teaches healthcare law and the business of healthcare, and serves on multiple advisory boards across the women’s health ecosystem. Delphine is regularly recognized as one of Best Lawyers in America for Health Law and has been highlighted by The Financial Times and industry organizations for her pioneering work in the field.
Delphine earned her Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Stone Fiske Scholar, and her Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, cum laude, from Georgetown University. She also clerked for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
