Daphne Dufresne
Daphne Dufresne is a Managing Partner of GenNx 360 Capital Partners, a Washington, DC–based private equity firm focused on industrial and business services companies. She is a voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee and serves as Chair of the Exit Committee, bringing deep expertise in portfolio strategy and value realization.
She began her investment career as an Associate Director in the Bank of Scotland’s Structured Finance Group, focusing on management buyouts across Europe. Daphne later became a Principal at Weston Presidio, a diversified private equity fund with $4.4 billion in assets under management, before going on to become a founding partner and Managing Director of RLJ Equity Partners.
Daphne is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 05) and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fleischmann’s Vinegar Company and Media Source Inc., leading both companies through successful exits. She also served on the board of portfolio company LAI International and led the investment in J&J Africa.
Daphne holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
