About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an exceptional revenue-focused consumer marketing leader with a demonstrated track record of success in high growth environments. You will join our executive team, reporting to the CEO, and working closely with Sales and Product to unleash our message globally and create a robust pipeline of prospective members as we scale the premier global investing brand for women.
In partnership with sales leadership, you will drive new customer acquisition, and revenue growth while strategically growing the organization. It includes aggressive top and mid-funnel demand generation, activating global referral networks, engaging opinion leaders and closing key partnerships.
This role is performance focused, melding analytical execution with an understanding of branding and storytelling. The successful candidate will establish a results-based operation while building scalable marketing processes & programs, capitalizing on your entrepreneurial drive and deep connection to the consumer sector.
Role & Responsibilities
Oversee implementation of integrated go-to-market plans to drive growth focused on its 5M affluent women target market
Multi-channel responsibilities: referrals, partnerships, affiliates, paid social, SEO, display, promotions, and email
Build a high-volume lead engine that scales our business to the next level through leadership, innovation, and world-class execution and impact
Own analytics of the full funnel experience including testing, insights, attribution and technology support
Determine relevant KPIs and measure ongoing lift from campaigns; use analytical resources to prioritize and optimize marketing efforts
Gather actionable customer insights to drive future marketing strategies and product innovation, and activate prospective customers through the platform
Oversee robust national and global public relations coverage and speaking engagements
Develop and oversee creative and resourceful member referral programs
Oversee partnership opportunities, including national organizations, corporate, brand partnerships, channels partnerships and more
Manage launch of product lines in new asset classes
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years performance-driven consumer marketing experience in fast-growth companies
Knowledge and experience in industries catering to affluent women, especially in new products that require market education and new adoption.
A proven track record of growing pipeline and revenue, through relentless creativity and testing.
Experience in developing and leading successful Demand Generation strategies
Expertise in unleashing referral networks and organic growth.
Quantitative Focus - experience with growth, ROI metrics, yield analytics
Experience creating and managing streamlined budgets that support measurably impactful work
Excellent communicator with an ability to work cross functionally and share big ideas through stories with a consistent voice
Highly entrepreneurial with experience growing a small marketing team
Hands on, execution-oriented leader who can balance strategy and execution
Location
Company HQ in the San Francisco bay area. Open to other metropolitan locations for the right candidate. We offer competitive salaries and benefits and flexible holidays and working arrangements.
Compensation
$175k – $200k, plus performance bonuses and equity
