About the Founder

Michael Haddix

‍

Having grown up with a parent who was a professional athlete and a former D1 athlete himself, Michael witnessed firsthand the financial struggles professional athletes face after their athletic careers due to a lack of proper guidance. Using his Columbia MBA and experience as an investment banker at Lazard and Goldman Sachs, Haddix launched Scout to help collegiate athletes navigate their NIL commitments. Haddix enabled student athletes to leverage their athletic performance for their own financial gain.
