About the Founder

Christie Lagally

‍

Christie Lagally started her career as a mechanical engineer with almost 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry. She pivoted and moved into the packaged food industry, founding Rebellyous Foods. Her goal is to make plant-based meat as affordable and accessible as traditional chicken, and is actively fixing accesibility realted production issues within the plant-based industry.
