About the Founder
Holly Rockweiler
Holly Rockweiler is a pioneering medtech leader with a passion for people, needs-driven innovation, and problem solving. She built Madorra, a spinout of my Stanford Biodesign fellowship, from an idea on a white board into a venture-backed FDA Breakthrough Device. Working from the ground up, she has developed a diverse operational skillset including fundraising, data-driven strategy development, clinical research, and IP portfolio advancement. With experience at large (Boston Scientific) and small (Madorra) medtech companies, she has produced a strong record of execution excellence, value creation, creativity, intelligence, intuition, resourcefulness, and articulate communication. She is a Stanford Biodesign Fellow alum (and enthusiast!) with a MS and BS in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
