Noel Pugh

Noel Pugh is the founder and CEO of Lovu, a women’s health company focused on improving access to effective, science-backed solutions for sexual wellness and hormonal health. Prior to founding Lovu, Noel built a career in healthcare and consumer wellness, where she identified significant gaps in education, product innovation, and care for women. Her work is driven by a mission to normalize conversations around women’s health and create products that meaningfully improve quality of life.
