Casey Lynch is the founder and CEO of Lighthouse Pharma, a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative therapies to address unmet medical needs. Prior to founding Lighthouse Pharma, Casey built a career across life sciences and healthcare, working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and drug development. His work is driven by a commitment to advancing patient-centric solutions and translating scientific innovation into impactful treatments. Two companies she has previously founded are Cortexyme and NeuroInsights Aspira Bisystems. She as a MS in neuroscience from UCSF and a BS in neuroscience from UCLA.
