Matt Schwartz

Matt Schwartz is the founder of Afresh and is deeply focused on agriculture, food systems, nutrition, and exercise science. He is passionate about evidence based, technology powered approaches to solving large scale challenges in the global food system, including food waste, obesity, micronutrient deficiency, labor shortages, and animal welfare. A graduate of Stanford University, Matt is motivated by the belief that smarter technology can create a more efficient, healthy, and sustainable food system.
