Shayna Harris, MBA, Fulbright Scholar is a venture investor, operator, and thought leader focused on transforming the future of food, culture, and technology. She is Co‑Founder and Managing Partner at Supply Change Capital, an early‑stage venture capital firm investing in companies building more sustainable, equitable, and innovative food and agricultural systems.
Before founding Supply Change Capital, Shayna held senior growth and strategy roles at mission‑driven companies including Farmer’s Fridge, where she helped scale the fast‑growth smart‑food‑retail business, and led sustainable sourcing and supply‑chain initiatives at global brands like Mars. She has also advised leading consumer and food companies on strategic sustainability and business innovation.
Shayna serves on the boards of multiple food‑tech and sustainability organizations, including Sourcemap, Sitka Salmon Shares, and Doselva, and is a contributing writer for Forbes, where she covers emerging trends at the intersection of food systems and technology.
She earned her MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a dual BA in International Relations and Political Science from Boston University.
