Katheen (Kathy) Dodd

Kathleen Dodd, RN, BSN, MA in Healthcare Administration, is one of the nation’s most experienced executives in the home care and healthcare services industry. With more than 35 years of leadership experience, she has founded, scaled, and guided multiple organizations from startup through multi-million-dollar growth, bringing a disciplined, values-driven approach to operational excellence, governance, and long-term value creation.

Kathleen founded The Corridor Group in 1989 and served as Chief Executive Officer until 2012, building The Corridor Group, Inc., Corridor Media, and Corridor International from early-stage startups into industry-leading enterprises. Following the sale of the organization to Health Edge Investment Partners in 2013, she became Chairman Emeritus and Principal of Corridor Group Holdings, LLC. She also co-founded LifeWise Renovations in 2009 and LifeWise CHM, Clinical Home Modifications, in 2014, where she currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, focusing on scalable solutions that improve safety, access, and outcomes in home-based care.

Throughout her career, Kathleen has held senior executive roles focused on the management and delivery of home care services in the United States and internationally. She successfully led organizations through economic downturns, regulatory change, and reimbursement challenges while overseeing a respected consulting, executive search, eLearning, and products platform. Her international work includes founding Corridor International in 1999, establishing a joint venture in Turkey, and helping modernize home care delivery nationwide.

Kathleen has served on numerous private and nonprofit boards and currently serves on the boards of Corridor Group Holdings, Mobility Designed LLC, and the Women’s Employment Network. She is Chairman of Wineteer Construction, Inc., the parent company of LifeWise CHM and Wineteer Construction. Her prior board service includes nine years with Park University and eight years with the Community Health Accreditation Program, including leadership roles on finance and audit committees.

Kathleen has received numerous honors recognizing her leadership and growth impact, including Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies, Kansas City Business Journal Top Women-Owned Businesses, Women Who Mean Business, and Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Top 10 Small Businesses of the Year.
