Elaine Bolle
Elaine Bolle is a seasoned angel investor, board director, and strategic advisor with decades of experience deploying capital, guiding leadership teams, and scaling companies across domestic and global markets. She has worked with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to enterprises exceeding $750 million in revenue, bringing a disciplined, operator-driven approach to investing, governance, and long-term value creation.
Elaine has founded, built, and successfully exited multiple venture-backed companies, including Achex, a payments processor acquired by First Data Corporation. As an investor, she focuses on early-stage ventures where active board engagement, operational insight, and strong go-to-market execution materially improve outcomes. She currently serves on several boards and investment organizations, including RTP Capital Associates and the Angel Capital Association, supporting capital formation and investor education nationwide.
Elaine is an Entrepreneur in Residence at First Flight Venture Center, one of the nation’s largest high-science incubators, where she evaluates emerging technologies, mentors founders, and supports companies through key growth and fundraising milestones. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Triangle NC, reflecting her commitment to leadership development and durable impact.
Throughout her executive career, Elaine has held senior leadership roles across strategic marketing, brand management, business development, sales, fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions. Her operating background directly informs her investment decisions and board leadership. Her industry expertise spans financial services and consumer goods and services, including serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Western Union and holding senior leadership roles at Citicorp Global Payments. Earlier in her career at Quaker Oats, she conceived, built, and scaled Quaker Chewy Granola Bars into a category-defining brand.
