Bodil (Bo) Arlander

Bo Arlander is an experienced private equity and angel investor and veteran board member with a proven track record of driving shareholder value across omni-channel consumer brands. She brings deep expertise in evaluating, diligencing, negotiating, structuring, closing, and monitoring middle-market investments, with a disciplined approach to capital deployment and long-term value creation.

Throughout her career, Bo has contributed at both the investment and board levels. Her experience includes developing long-term strategic plans, strengthening management teams and boards, and creating detailed financial projections and operating budgets. She has evaluated a wide range of financing alternatives, from negotiating bank credit agreements to structuring growth capital and liquidity events, and has guided companies through mergers, acquisitions, and successful initial public offerings.

Across her career, Bo has served on 12 corporate boards spanning both public and private companies, providing governance oversight and strategic leadership through multiple stages of growth. She is currently an angel investor in several digitally native consumer businesses.

Combined with her personal interests in sports and athletic pursuits, Bo brings a differentiated perspective on evolving consumer behavior, brand engagement, and innovation within retail, consumer, and athletic markets.
