The Fund
The Active Aging Market is estimated to be in excess of $100B worldwide. In the US alone, those over 50 control 80% of US aggregated net worth. Their household wealth is 3x the size of households headed by 25-50-year olds. On the other hand, the longevity market is an emerging space focused on a younger population, exploring ways great and small to extend the length and health of life, from epigenetics to fasting to ‘moon shot’ new technologies. We see it as a related continuum. The Portfolia Active Aging and Longevity Fund II will invest in the products, services, technologies, and platforms in both spaces.
The dashboard is where our innovative model of collaborative, transparent investing comes to life. The Active Aging & Longevity Fund II will invest in 8-12 companies, from Seed to Pre-IPO. We consider companies with solutions in the market, and we invest in both female- and male-led teams with a preference for gender-balanced executive teams.
